Q. Do I Need a Broker?

A. No. Herald Towers offers no-fee apartments meaning that you can rent directly with an on-site leasing agent and avoid paying a broker fee. If you do come with a broker, however, we will pay a broker’s fee!

Q. Do I Have to Schedule an Appointment to Visit?

A. No, we love walk-ins here at Herald Towers. Please feel free to stop by any time Mon, Tues, Wed, and Fri between 10AM-6PM, Thurs 10AM-7PM, Sat 10AM-5PM and Sunday we are closed.

Q. What Do I Need to Apply for a Herald Towers Apartment?

A. In order to apply for a Herald Towers apartment, an application fee of $125 is required, which will reserve the apartment for up to 24 hours.

Q. Are There Income Requirements to Rent a Herald Towers Apartment?

A. Herald Towers has an annual income requirement of 40 times one month’s rent. For those that do not meet this requirement, U.S. based guarantors are accepted, including third party companies such as Insurent and The Guarantors. Additionally, extra security deposit or pre-paid up-front rent are both accepted.

Q. Do You Allow Pets?

A. We allow cats only, no dogs.

Q. Is There an Amenity Fee?

A. No, there is no amenity fee at Herald Towers.

Q. Does Herald Towers Have a Referral Program?

A. Yes, Herald Towers has an excellent Resident Referral Program. If a current resident refers a friend or family member and they sign a lease, the referring resident will receive $1,000 after the referral moves in.
